Qi Crossbowmen

Against the defenceless, however…Whilst bowmen require training and physical prowess, crossbowmen need only load, point and shoot - the mechanism of the weapon does the rest. The bolt punches faster and harder than a bow, and can be used effectively by peasants and noblemen alike, making the crossbow truly deadly in anyone's hands.
Sima Jiong's crossbowmen are an impressive, resplendently-armoured sight on the battlefield, and the prowess they display with their weapons gives pause to even the most armoured of attackers.
