Imrik (Mautererius)
Imrik’s feats in defence of Ulthuan in ages past have made him indisputably the greatest of Caledor’s Dragon Princes.Despite having a measure of pride that some might consider arrogance, Imrik is the most noble of the Dragon Princes, whose surety of deeds and martial judgement are said to border on the supernatural. Now a silent realm, Caledor’s scattered Princes are considered by many of the Asur to be dangerously haughty, never making a secret of the fact they think themselves superior to Ulthuan’s other soldiers to the point of having nothing remarkable in common with them at all. Imrik is no exception to the audacity of his kin, though in his case it is justified. Hailing from the bloodline of the Phoenix King Caledor himself, Imrik is the last Dragon Prince to fight in the traditional manner of his house, atop a mighty Fire Drake known as Minaithnir. Though Imrik may be accused of having an unhealthy disdain for weakness, he has always fought nobly in defence of his homeland and indeed of all Ulthuan, continually proving himself a stalwart bastion of strength and an unbreachable wall against the foes of the High Elves.

Abilities
- Dragonhorn
A single blast on the 'Dragonhorn', forged in the fire of Draugnir's flaming breath, causes the foe to shrink in terror, for they know what surely follows… - Lord of Dragons
Imrik’s affinity with Dragons gifts him their sharpness; with his concentration heightened, even the most skilful foes struggle to land blows. - Martial Mastery
While all High Elves have excellent martial prowess, those that continue upon the path of the warrior will further excel in armed combat.
Attributes
- Encourage
This unit provides a Lord's aura and an encouraging unit will receive the larger of the two bonuses. - Hide (forest)
This unit can hide in forests until enemy units get too close.
Strengths & Weaknesses
- Dragon Armour
Fire attacks cannot harm the wearer of this enchanted, volcano-forged armour. - Armour-Piercing
The damage of armour-piercing weapons mostly ignores the armour of the target, making them the ideal choice against heavily-armoured enemies. They are often heavier and attack at a slower rate though, making them less efficient against poorly-armoured targets. - Anti-Large
Anti-large units have an advantage against targets that are at least as large as a horse. This advantage can be a damage bonus against large targets or an attack that focuses on a very small area. However, some units are simply better against large targets because their attacks are slow and easy to dodge by skilled melee combatants. - Martial Mastery
A rigorous selection process and relentless training have turned this unit into the perfect fighting machine. This effect is lost, however, if the unit is badly damaged.
