Northern Lancer Cavalry
If the initial charge does not break the foe, the follow-up soon will.Where the sabre cavalry excels in the involved, grizzly business of the melee, lancers are the shock warriors – their purpose being to break apart enemy formations, or neutralise the threat of enemy cavalry.
Armed with a ji spear, these mounted warriors are well-armoured and swift, able to continue their pursuit even after the initial – and likely devastating – charge has taken its toll on the enemy.
