Taurisci Securiferi
(Taurisci Axemen)One of the last Ligurian tribes to survive the Boii and Gallic invasions and assimilation, the Taurisci survive in central Italy. Seen as barbarians by the Romans and most of the southern Italic civilisations, they are equipped with a scutum, javelins, and a deadly light axe, similar to the Illyrian and Venetian tribes. These axemen are renowned as assault infantry.
