Kairos Fateweaver

The right-hand of the Raven God, Kairos is a Lord of Change blessed with full sight of both yesterday and tomorrow – but cursed with blindness of today.

Kairos can see things that are hidden even to Tzeentch. His right head sees possible futures as clear as day. No scheme is hidden from its sight and the infinite possibilities of tomorrow crystallise into irrefutable fact. Kairos' left head sees the past without the petty colourations of perspective and bias. Valuable as this vision is, it comes with a heavy cost. Both of Kairos' heads are blind to the present; he cannot see time as it passes - only events that are to come or whose time has already lapsed.

Abilities

  • Greater Arcane Conduit
A strong mind is needed to channel the Winds of Magic. Those that have such a gift become arcane conduits – funnelling the magical tempests to their cause.
    Spell Mastery x 110%
  • Scroll of Destiny
Possession of this scroll enables the bearer – just once during a battle – to reset the Winds of Magic to their former levels.
  • Gaze of Fate
Sometimes, the abyss stares right back at you, and true perspective is revealed. The shock freezes the foe where they stand.
    Melee Attack -40
  • Oracle of Eternity
Whilst Kairos is consulting with the infinite he is temporarily protected from harm.
    [[img:ui/Battle UI/ability_icons/resistance_ward_save.png]] Damage Resistance +44
  • Daemonic Instability
As the Daemon's courage falters, their mortal form crumbles and fades from this reality.
  • Banished!
Once the Daemon's courage has failed them, they will fall back through the portal to the Chaos Realm whence they belong.
  • Wounds
Even the greatest foes can be laid low with terrible injuries, and the greater the damage done, the less able they will be to effectively continue the fray.
    Speed x 90%
    Armour-Piercing Weapon Damage x 80%
    Base Weapon Damage x 80%

  • Daemonic
This unit is Daemonic (has physical resistance, does not rout, is immune to terror, takes damage when Leadership is low)
  • Encourage
This unit provides a leadership bonus to nearby allies. Units within range of both the Lord's aura and an encouraging unit will receive the larger of the two bonuses.
  • Can Fly
    This unit can fly.

Strengths & Weaknesses
