To prove their might they fight in the trial pit, from which only the chosen emerge.

To live amongst the Marauder tribes is a brutal life that no southerner could contemplate. Members must constantly prove themselves martially or be cast out or slain as weak. The trial pits, hastily dug and sharpened-staked arenas, are where many tests are carried out. They fight against each other and Warhounds are thrown in too. Whatever comes out is deemed worthy, for now at any rate.
