深林斥候（疾風之箭）

深林斥候負責巡視那些對於林地守衛過於危險，使其無法巡視的森林區域。要走進這種地方，精靈不僅要避免讓掠食者看到，還不能被他的其他感官發現。這並不容易，因為對於生活在深林中的生物來說，精靈的靈魂就如同明亮的燈火。深林斥候練就的隱蔽本領讓其在戰場上來去自如，他們是伏擊和擾敵的專家，善於刺殺遠離友軍保護的炮兵和法師。確實，很多入侵的軍隊還渾然不覺深林斥候已悄悄尾隨他們數日之久，就被迫開戰。只有在戰線真正發生衝突時，深林斥候才會現身，讓敵軍還未搞清楚狀況就潰敗瓦解。
