Intensive Cultivation Techniques

Through the digging of either 'furrows' or 'pits', the peasant can create yields of up to 15,000 plants in a single 41 by 11 metre division. Without the need for hugely fertile fields or, crucially, oxen, this method of farming is extremely practical for even the most impoverished peasant.
