Righteous Bandits

For some, banditry is a less self-interested venture, and more of a philanthropic endeavour. Such bandits that operate from Yingchuan, acting to further what they consider to be an equalising agenda – seizing from the wealthy and redistributing the spoils to the needy.
The altruism of such efforts is for the philosophers to dissect, but what is certain is any warriors concerned with redressing the balance would be most amenable to parlay with others also out of favour with the emperor's court.
