for use during mid-campaign, same composition as 1st tier but with better cavalry units. Infantry left cheap to keep costs down and increase number of viable fighting hordes

1. Shield wall the infantry, harass enemy with mounted bows so that they attack
2. use cavalry to destroy enemy cavalry/skirmishes/any enemy infantry which becomes detached from main force
3. once enemy infantry is engaged with your infantry and all enemy cavalry/skirmishers are destroyed, use your cavalry to hit them in the rear
4. chase down survivors after battle, leave no one alive
