

Ice Guard (Glaives)
Few have faced the magically-augmented warrior women of the Ice Court and lived to tell the tale.In Kislev, the voice of a woman is equal to that of a man, and the worth of a ruler is judged by the wisdom of their rule and their might in battle. Perhaps that, more than any other reason, gave rise to the unusual sisterhood known as the Ice Guard. These are the warrior elite of the Ice court, a bodyguard for the Ice Witches, and who are imbued with the same magical power as their mistresses. They are fearsome and fearless, conditioned to put Kislev first and to face the vilest horrors of the Old World without hesitation.

When bracing, this unit negates the

When bracing, this unit deals additional damage when attacking charging enemies.

The unit is immune to psychological attacks (fear and terror).
Strengths & Weaknesses
- Hybrid Unit
This unit is primarily a melee unit, but has missile capability too - Frostbite
The intense cold cuts into the flesh and burns the foe's extremities, greatly reducing their speed. - Armour-Piercing
The damage ofarmour-piercing weapons mostly ignores the armour of the target, making them the ideal choice against heavily-armoured enemies. They are often heavier and attack at a slower rate though, making them less efficient against poorly-armoured targets.
- Anti-Large
Anti-large units have an advantage against targets that are at least as large as a horse. This advantage can be adamage bonus against large targets or an attack that focuses on a very small area. However, some units are simply better against large targets because their attacks are slow and easy to dodge by skilled melee combatants.
