Chaos Knights of Khorne

A tithing of skulls for their bloody Master is hastened from atop an armoured, charging steed.

To aid his Chaos Warriors – particularly those who were formerly Knights or master horsemen – the Blood God grants them the most vicious and bloodthirsty Chaos Steeds of all the Ruinous hordes. Khorne cares not to also gift an innate mastery over these creatures, for if a Knight is not worthy to tame and break the beast himself then he is not worthy to fight in His hosts. For those that fail in this task, the Blood God will allow His 'gift' to tear their bodies apart, break their bones to marrow, and devour them.

Strengths & Weaknesses

  • Armoured & Shielded
    Armoured units can block damage from any source apart from Armour-Piercing damage. Shields have a chance of blocking arrows, bolts, rifle shots and similar small arms fire - but only in a forward facing arc.
  • Frenzy
    Units with [[img:ui/battle ui/ability_icons/wh_main_unit_passive_frenzy.png]]frenzy cause more damage while their leadership is high.
  • Anti-Infantry
    Anti-infantry units have an advantage against targets that are smaller than a horse. This advantage can be a damage bonus against small targets, superior weight used to smash through lighter enemies, or an explosive attack from range that effects a large area.
