Orcs and Goblins are the scourge of the Old World. Orcs are built for violence; Goblins, by contrast, are smaller but more cunning. Collectively known as Greenskins, they are an aggressive and brutal race with an unquenchable love of fighting. While the Greenskins have made lairs in ransacked Dwarfholds, they can be found across the Old World – the majority residing in the arid Badlands, mainly fighting amongst themselves and only coming together when the call to Waaagh! goes out.

One such occasion is now, and with a strong Warboss to unite the tribes, the time has surely come to unleash da Green Tide and ravage the lands of both humies and stunties alike! For such are the demands of Gork and Mork – and who would go against the word of da Green Godz? Exactly. Waaagh!

  Azhag has marauded into the northern World’s Edge Mountains after some stunties, to discover they have been usurped by Ogres and rival Warbosses – who he is happy to dispatch anyway! On the face of it, Azhag is an unremarkable Warboss, though this is in the context where ‘unremarkable’ describes a class of hulking individuals who have pummelled their way to the top in a culture where only the strongest survive. All Orcs must fight to survive, but the tribes that dwell in Troll Country must endure particularly rigorous challenges. Monsters and packs of trolls stalk that deadly land, while Chaos warbands raid from the North. There is no safety amongst Orc kind, as the different tribes of Troll Country are bitter rivals, eager to destroy each other whenever they meet. Such are the lands in which Azhag rose to prominence.
  
  Having established dominance over all competitors, he took control of his own mob and his exploits brought Greenskins flocking to his banner. Amongst these new followers were Shamans, both Goblin and Orc, and many of these have spoken of the strange and portentous aura that surrounds Azhag. Several have been visited with green-tinged visions in which Azhag sits astride a mighty Wyvern, an ominous iron crown on his brow from which an insistent voice whispers and mighty spells of Death emanate. If the Shamans are to be believed, Azhag has a mighty and terrible future ahead of him.
  
  The Evil Crown
  Azhag is a threat like no other. What makes Azhag so unusual is his ominous iron crown, which emanates an ancient evil. It is this crown, a relic of olden days, which grants Azhag sorcerous powers.
