Karak Eight Peaks (Mining Settlement)

Dwarfs do occasionally live above the ground - there are outposts scattered throughout the World's Edge Mountains and beyond.

In its prime, the Dwarf Empire spread the length of the World's Edge Mountains. The great Holds were linked by myriad outposts – from small mining concerns, remote mountain lodges and fortified breweries, to watch towers stationed above mountain passes that linked the perimeters of a Dwarfhold’s dominion.
