We are surrounded by a multitude of nations and tribes, each pursuing their own agenda. Life is a matter not only of dominance but survival also. Our intimate knowledge of the natural passages through our harsh terrain has allowed us to develop a sophisticated network of agents and spies embedded within all the major factions with interests in Italy. We excel at moving fast and connecting strategic points of interest, no matter how distant. It so happens that our armies, when supplied with accurate and timely information, have managed to surprise our foes and deliver victory.
