Pronoia Infantry The Pronoia are provincial soldiers who provide military service in exchange for land grants in manner much like the European Feudal system. While cavalry are the most common Pronoia soldiers, various infantry and missile troops are also raised this way. Probably holders of small land fiefs, these light troops are equipped with basic armour, shield and a mace.
