Kurds may live numerously in the lands of other Sultans, but their culture is exceptionally unique compared to that of the Turks and Ayyubids. The few and small Kurdish states succumbed to various Turkic kingdoms and there live as vassals, but are known for strong tribal organization and spirit. This makes them accessible mercenaries to those who would support their wellbeing. Deterring an enemy’s advance, they shower many javelins, and pull out their secondary weapon to engage in hand to hand.
